Experience
The directors, Sarah & John Currey boast a wealth of experience in the area. They are landlords and developers themselves. Such experiences allows them to offer unparalleled advice on all matters of the property letting, sales, purchasing and development process, more importantly the high level of local knowledge needed, giving them the ability to value property with confidence and the ongoing management with excellence.
All our staff undergo continuous ARLA training, to allow the company to stay at the forefront of the letting market as well as technological advancements. Furthermore all our staff live locally, which means they also can offer a more detailed description of the neighbourhood and their surrounding areas.
Sarah has the benefit of 25 years banking experience, with 15 years in the commercial funding of the property sector. Her experience is wide ranging from buy to let and mortgage finance to more bespoke commercial and property development finance. We have access to whole of market, and are introducers to many high street banks.

Such websites are extremely popular and are a well recognised means of finding properties to rent or let. We also have a shop window in the Centre of Chesterfield in Spires Estate agents.
