Dales and Peaks Property Management and lettings agents was formed in 2006.   Over the last 4 years our business has grown significantly.  We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will always go that extra mile.  Our aim is to offer quality and professionalism at a reasonable price and we feel this has been paramount in our growth.

We look to provide a full service to our landlords from sourcing the properties , to financing them and then ultimately managing them.

We have built up an excellent reputation for letting and managing property as we really do care.  We currently let and manage the largest and most prestigious development in Chesterfield, Bradbury Place. We have  over 400 properties on our books in and around the Chesterfield area and landlords and tenants  continue to come back to us.

Director’s backgrounds-

Sarah Currey – Managing Director

Sarah has significant  experience in property finance and property development.  She worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland for 25 years and 15 years of that was commercial funding.  She rose to the senior position of Area Business Manager heading up a team of 17 Business Managers.  Her area stretched from Derby to Chapel en le Frith which gave her immense local property knowledge .  Working very closely with property developers , surveyors and estate agents with her business managers in these areas proved to be invaluable.

She studied contract law at Sheffield University whilst undertaking her Chartered Institute of Banking examinations. When  she left the bank she completed the National Federation of Property Professionals Technical Award in Residential Lettings.
Sarah is also fully CeMap qualified which enables her to offer mortgage advice and she can source mortgage products from whole of market.  She can also undertake more bespoke commercial funding .

John Currey – Director

John is the office based director and he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Property Management and Property Development.  He has been very involved with property development in the past and has built up strong connections with local property developers and estate agents over many years enabling him to offer expert advice to our landlords. 
John is our main valuer and he has excellent local knowledge enabling him to give accurate and realistic assessments of properties.  He has built up an strong  team of electricians, plumbers, cleaners and handymen which is essential to the smooth running of our property management.
